SNP Analysis

In a SNP analysis experiment, microarrays can be used to identify alleles (genotype) for known single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the provided genomic material. The resulting allele information can then be used in genome wide association studies and linkage disequilibrium analysis.
