Simbiot (Simple Bioinformatic Tool)

Simbiot is a secure, web-enabled data management and analysis system available in single-user and server configurations.

Low cost single-user accounts support Affymetrix and Illumina cDNA and SNP microarrays.  The system currently provide up-to-date annotations, clustering, expression analysis, time course analysis, genome-wide association studies, copy number analysis, built-in genome browser and much more.  Try it by registering for a free account on our demonstration server at http://www.simbiot.net.

The Simbiot server configurations provide a flexible and effective system to manage all life-science data within the organization.  Easy to integrate with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) as well as custom, proprietary and third-party data sources and analytics, Simbiot can quickly and easily plug into almost any corporate or research environment and link all users, clients, vendors and in-house researchers using the same user-friendly interface.

In addition to expected bioinformatics analysis, Simbiot has a sophisticated security security system, including encryption, certificate handling and more.  In fact, Simbiot servers can integrate well into healthcare and clinical IT as well as other personalized medicine environments that require handling of genomic and expression data.
