Simbiot: Individual Accounts

Low cost, single-user accounts support Affymetrix and Illumina cDNA and SNP microarrays.  The system currently provides up-to-date annotations, clustering, expression analysis, time course analysis, genome-wide association studies, copy number analysis, built-in genome browser and much more.

Simbiot integrates sophisticated algorithms, including SNP Copy Number Variations (CNV), SNP Genome Wide Association Studies (GWAS), cDNA Expression Analysis, cDNA Time Course Analysis, cDNA Clustering and PCA.

Expression Analysis: Management and analysis of cDNA microarray data; cost and functionality superior to popular stand-alone microarray analysis systems; built-in, MIAME-compliant data model, annotation management, integrated genome browser, collaboration, document management, social network services (SNS) and more.

Integrated analytics include clustering (k-means, SOM, hierarchical), principal component analysis (PCA), sophisticated expression analysis and time course analysis algorithms, charting and visualization.

Databases include validated vendor annotations as well as gene cross-reference, gene ontology (GO), pathways and links to public data source such as Ensembl, Entrez, RefSeq and many more.
